Phoenix Christian Prep
Founded in 1949, Phoenix Christian Preparatory School is Arizona's first Christian high school. Nearly 6,000 alumni. A Pre-K through 12th grade campus in the heart of Phoenix. 94% of graduates pursue post-secondary education, with recent classes collectively earning over $3.6 million in scholarships. The outcomes rival the best preparatory schools in the country. But the story behind them wasn't being told.
KODA first -k sparked a season of organizational growth and renewed commitment to excellence across every department. The school matured. Its standards sharpened. Its outcomes improved. But the digital presence hadn't kept pace. Strong academics, a thriving arts and athletics program, and a distinctive missional model were all undersold or buried entirely. PCPS needed a digital experience that matched who it had become.
We conducted competitive research across the top 10 nationally ranked private schools, built a brand voice framework around three pillars (Intelligent, Inclusive, Inspiring), and developed a content strategy and copy for every major page on the site. The engagement extended into donor communications, META ad campaigns, and curriculum page outlines for internal alignment. The most significant strategic contribution was audience segmentation across four distinct family profiles, with a messaging hierarchy that leads with outcomes, accessibility, and a Christ-centered environment that meets students where they are.
Phoenix Christian now owns its story in a way it never has before. The new web experience embodies a mature brand and a distinctive missional model, positioning PCPS for leadership within the educational marketplace and standing shoulder to shoulder with the established legacy preparatory schools it has always deserved to be compared to.
